FCM99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, manipulation or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from competent authorities or compliance with legal requirements.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.
